Fabulous weather made a great week on Skye. House is awesome and Dunvegan a great base for exploring the island. Did boat trip from Portree and close up view of sea eagle plucking fish from the sea was incredible. Neist Point, Coral Bay walks all great and the boys loved the Toy Museum at Glendale.

This was a warm, relaxing, inviting place to stay. I would recommend it.

The cottage is lovely. We especially appreciated the light and airy nature of the cottage and the wooden furniture and flooring made it very stylish and aesthetic. We also loved the dual living space with separate areas in the open plan of the house. We (especially the kids) were amazed by the big squashy sofa; we've never seen anything like it. The attention to detail and small touches were outstanding and made the house very homely and easy to live in - e.g. the ingenious breadboard, tea lights at the table and flowers dotted around. Overall our stay was fabulous, the small villages and natural wonder surrounding us were truly magical and the weather was very kind to us. This cottage is a fantastic asset to a great holiday!
